For goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly, there is no right of withdrawal (right of revocation).

For goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal (right of revocation) expires if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
