Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every Nocturne candle is made and finished by hand in Austria. Small differences in colour, texture and finish are part of the process, which makes every piece a little unique.
Are they meant to be burned or displayed?
Both. They're designed to be enjoyed as objects, and they can be lit. If you light yours, always place it on a heat-resistant, non-flammable surface and follow our Candle Care tips.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Austria, Germany, France and Italy.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Austria 1–3 business days, Germany 2–5, France and Italy 3–6.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We're sorry! Please send us your order number and photos of the candle and the packaging as soon as possible, and we'll sort it out.
What are your candles made of?
Natural waxes: olive wax, beeswax and soy wax. The exact blend depends on the design and is listed on each product page.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Every candle is made by hand, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are completely normal. They're part of what makes each piece unique.
How much is shipping?
€7 within Austria (free from €60), €16 to Germany, France and Italy.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the candle hasn't been lit. All details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
